I reached for you from the darkness
That I call my life
When I arose from all the pain
I saw so shinging light

But there was no one in sight
Wandering alone lost and cold
The pain is to much for me heart to hold
Losing my will to survive
I felt like God forgot about me
Because he left me down here to die
Trying so hard just to figure out
If this is the way my life was to tuen out
Filled with tears and sorrow
And having my heart and soul toren apart
They tell me God is everywhere
And maybe that is true
But on that dark and lonely night
God where were you
But through the pain and tears you see
I found the strength
To stand tall and believe
