A blink of an eye,
A brief second in time.
An ironic twist of fate,
Passions sparked and wouldn't abate.
An internal war was fought,
Lessons in life were to be taught.
Emotions were divided,
What she needed he provided.
A war was fought, wrong versus right,
Who would be a winner that fateful night?
An unexpected feeling arose,
And she began to feel naked and exposed.
With no where to run neither could hide,
In only each other could they confide.
A silent connection of two hearts,
Trouble brewed from the start.
Drunk on ecstasy they flew high,
Neither one willing to say goodbye.
Would this beautiful journey end?
Would they wake up and it all be pretend?
Time becomes frozen,
It was them God had chosen.
