You have shredded me to pieces,
made me believe I should end it all,
I've cut myself way too many times,
you must enjoy every time that I fall.

You were the voice in my head for 4 years,
telling me that I was a worthless man,
told me daily that I didn't deserve life,
and happiness I would never understand.

I would cut myself every single night,
punch brick walls every chance I got,
beat my face with my fist all day long,
wishing at night that I would just be shot.
