Dear God,
I have lost something...
valuable and precious to me

Someone has come
and taken my life,
stole my pride an joy

Please Lord!
help me find,
let the truth break free

Let arise my strength

I follow you
with spirit, heart
and soul

I thank you
for all you've done,
that I was blind
and could not see

But...
you've always been there
for me, even when
I turned my back on you

You are loyal and true
You love through it all

I cannot fear you
and I'm sorry for I have done so.
I will give you complete trust
my faith is meant to be great

I want to change life's
and I forgive so easily
with much compassion towards others,
my destiny is big and great

I will be your grace

Please help me find my way
for I have lost something
very dear to my heart,
my connection with life.
