Blissful memory

Cool breeze gushing past me
Loving every moment of my journey
The sky so delightfully blue
Lukewarm sun complementing the charm

The grass was so green
Birds chirping in harmony
The aroma so fantastic
Almost wishing to stop by

But it's the human mind
That gets carried away
Like a soldier with focus on the aim
Should advance till attainment of the same

Thinking this my speed increased
I wanted to reach there quickly
Though deep inside my heart, was happy
Enjoying every single moment

I wished I could stop by and enjoy it someday
Also that the day could go on like this
But that wasn't going to be
For every coin has two sides
Without one, the other is futile

At least I'll have a blissful memory
When sometime later I look back at the day
I had a chance to travel through a heavenly place
which gave me boundless joy.
