Blessings are meant to be cherished,
Loved for what they are and how they
Make us feel, but if someone is a blessing,
Do we always treat them in the right way?
He said she was a blessing to any guy,
But what does that mean for her?
That he's not the right "any guy" for her
"Blessing ways?"
She believed he was her only true
Blessing of a lifetime, but he seemed
Just out of reach; his wave of love
Grew shallow and cold towards her.
