A new style to me, I really enjoyed reading it.

On the morning after I had that cup Rosaura & I trekked up to the top of the volcano, past petroglyphs, through the coffee & cocoa plantations, rain forest and cloud forest.

Glorious!

Took us all day and on the return the coffee was even more pleasurable.

This really is a unique poem... and you have done this form justice...

On reading the title I thought the poem is about Java programming language :P but then Epulaeryu is about food so was wondering what it is about.
The description looks delighful even though I am not a fan of coffee beans.
