Peace&War

Many want to see peace again,
People are tired of losing loved ones and friends.
Many want change to come,
But whats been done, has already been done.

There's no telling what is next,
But what has been broken, will be fixed.
Despite the shots and bombs and deaths,
One day our enemies will become our friends.

Our generation now fights for the peace of tomorrow,
So that our grandchildren and theirs wont feel this sorrow.
If we all try to let our voices be heard,
Then maybe the world can hear our word.

Bible says to love one another,
If we cant do that then how can we love our Father?
Bible says peace will be found in Heaven, if not on earth,
I say there's nothing to lose, but a peace here is all the worth.

In order for peace to become a reality,
We must fight and make it a possibility.
Everyone should live in happiness, that's a priority,
Ignorance is what makes it all a fantasy.

So lets all hold each others hands,
It's time to unite and take a stand.
Lets put our guns away,
And start with peace today.
