I hear death can be quick and
painless if done right.
Then your soul can wander for eternity.
No more problems,
no more worries.

You only get one chance
to make it happen perfectly though.
So if done wrong,
Life will become that much more
Unbearable
Knowing that you cannot even end
Your own suffering.

So lets hope
I can get it right the first time

Here's to a lucky shot... Cheers

    Wow

I hear death can be quick and
    painless if done right.
Then your soul can wander for eternity.
    No more problems,
    no more worries.

The first stanza instantly tells me that this poem is referring to suicide. For me an image came over me of slitting the wrists. I am only saying this because people keep talking about the "right" way to slit your wrist. If you do it wrong you will survive.

    You only get one chance
to make it happen perfectly though.
    So if done wrong,
Life will become that much more
    Unbearable
Knowing that you cannot even end
    Your own suffering.

This flows well from the first stanza. I read this as though the thought of surviving could be a struggle because you will still be feeling pain and of course the people around you will know that you have tried. You have to face what you could not do.

I really do hope that this poem is not something you are feeling.

It is very dark with a lot of emotions said.

    Broke my heart reading it
