'Good Luck Charm, Second Poem To Josh
'My good luck charm is your smile
For you I'd run a thousand miles
The feelings of your arms around me
Warmth's my heart and soul with joy and glee
So many wishes to share
When you cheer me up, it's nice to know you care
Your face makes any situation seem better
Your smile makes any moon seem brighter
The laughter from your lips wraps away all the tears
Your laughter is the marvelous sound in my ears
Everytime I see your eyes I get the sense of a comforter
Suddenly I know I can do no wrong and to be a fighter
If I can't talk at times it's becuase butterflies have taken over
The worst part of school is when the day with you is over
For you'd I'd knock down my walls
When you're not that strong I'll listen to it all
Sometimes I put down my guard 'cause I know I love you
But flash backs of heart break keep the armor up against you'
PS: I know it is a little too late to submit this poem now for you Josh, but I still love you. I've loved you since I learned your name, and I don't know how not to feel the way I feel about you. I want to ask what happened to us, but I already know, you don't care anymore, you don't feel it. But I still love you!
