Yes..this does bring back memories of long ago which I don't want to remember and the pain that grew with it. As sad as it is I also find this write strong with anger arising from scars.

This made my heart hurt and brought back memories of the times I felt like this. You captured the emotions and feelings that a person goes through when their hearts are broken by another. Not something I wish to experience again. Well done.
