Oh, my gush! This is so really sad..I wanna cry out loud because I feel the sorrow you taste while writing this poem for your dad...I feel the power of emotion..every word you write in this piece is very great...

    I can see you dying
I stretch my hand towards you
I want to end your suffering
But what can I really do?

    Your voice is different now
You stumble as you walk away
    I wanted to scream "Dad!"
But then and there I seen your
    pride start to decay

    You've lost everything
But you have not lost me
    Open your eyes wide
This world is yours to see

How much the pain and sadness you feel while watching your dad encountering that pain....that you prayed all the pain will end so your dad will rest from that dying..really sad=(

I forgot what your laugh was like
You lost that smile in your eyes
I want you to reach out your hands
And aim for the grey skies

    >this part, i want to cry..very amazing of describing your feeling here...my god! I can gasp any words to praise it...it was totally great and touchy...

This is sad, yet hopeful. The imagery that comes to my mind is: the persona's father is in his deathbed, perhaps.? This really touched me, because I know that feeling. When my dad was just 'waiting'..
"I want you to reach out your hands
And aim for the grey skies"
---This stood out for me. It's how I felt when I knew he was giving up, and saying goodbye.. I also like this 'cause of the 'grey skies' lol..
"Because this is not who you really are
So come dad, let us fight this war"
    ---Yess.. I love this.
Overall, an awesome peace. Pulling the reader in to feel that emotion, yet in the ending, leaving them with a sense of hope. The rhymes were spot on. Great job. I absolutely love this. Keep it up
