When shall i let go?

by Steven   Jan 27, 2012

During our time and our life
we followed rules and mistakes
tired and broken as a whole
might it be the first coffee drink shared
or the painting of our world
the memories keep on flowing by
never relived like before
the wide ocean floor
our boats set sailed
to a future so unknown
i walk by here and there
only to see life before time
the smile on her face
memories so real and alone
when shall i let go of her
if she is so far ahead of me
that i can't even bare to believe
gone was time, gone were our life
a cold coffee drink today
broken painting of my life
it's all in the past now
only i seem to remember you by
shall i let go of her now?
when she holds onto a child
in the arms of another mans life
our time and our life
i learned to say good-bye
the only way I'll turn my head
is when I'm crying my heart and soul out from time
gone was time, gone was her from my life
