My love roots are in your soil now

by Ole Carsten   Jan 29, 2012

In silence, I love you
with all I am..

Maybe my words are poor,
Compared to the love I feel,
And the best I have written
reads pale, but..

I have devoted myself
to you and promised
not only myself -
I have promised
myself to you.

Love is deeper now.
After more than a year,
it has found its way
through your country's
soil.

My love is yours..
forever.

How sweet and touching this poem is, when someone is rooted in your heart you still want and love them no matter how much time you are away from them. Love this meaningful piece.

I wonder if it's your wife you always talk about :)
She's lucky to have a man like you.
Here is an edition of your poem to consider.
