Memory of losing

by DarkLight   Jan 30, 2012

I stood there watching,
as she struggle to fight for her last breath.
I could not have saved my love from the dark master,
I wasn't myself.
That pain was more than what l could have handled.
Time was running slowly,
and the ambulance was no where to be seen.
She was losing blood quick,
wished I could have tried,
maybe it would have been successful.
Now life is more than bitter,
bitter than what I expected.
I had not seen the truck that was behind ....
I slowed to get out of the road.....
Now she is gone.
It was my fault,
let guilty take my soul.
If I had been observant enough,
I would still be laughing with her.
I would not be writing this.
This is the way I feel it.
Her death was all because of my drunkeness.
