Her eyes were before me now

by Merdy   Feb 3, 2012

I see her every night before my eyes open. She has a enticing stare... Her eyes were before me now, as I daunt out of reality and drift into the unknown. She stood on a grassy plain above the horizon. She were waiting for me, wearing a graceful smile. I returned your smile and was soon pressing my face against your cold cheeks. Not to worry! this was familiar turf. I tightly held the hand that lived in my memory. It was still tiny, round and moist... Everything about you continued to be round... Strange that life with its hardships was never able to beat sharp angles into you. I'm dreaming about you... C.
