The Heart in My love

by Kayla Sonya Dearing   Feb 13, 2012

Take these tears away
Take this agony away
Take this shattered soul away
Take the regret away

I lay here crying in the darkness
Wanting to be next to you
Wishing we were together at last
Wishing that the love we shared would come back

When your lips pushed against mine
My heart skipped a beat
When your hand stroke against my face
I knew that I was in an innocent place

Needing you next to me
Longing you holding me
I can't stop wanting it
I need you more than life itself

You were the sun in my day
You were the moon in my night
You were the air in my wind
You were the heart in my love.

Once again, i will say repetition should be avoided especially in the last stanza.

I really the 2nd stanza, just tells about your longing and desires for the good old times to come back, that was very good
