Wow... this poem really makes me think of love... why? because its so filled with love, you've written a good poem here, and really does show loves mood swings i really this this part "Floods of tears Loads of despair" because you're right and it's true. . and I also loved your opening two lines as well, it oped this mood swing well "Love has conquered me. I am a willing victim... this was a good poem i enjoyed reading it :)

The title caught my attention, love mood swings.
And I wasn't expecting what I saw within the content of this piece but I like it so much. I like the simple tone in which you have written this piece.
