My Valentines Day Wish

She sits alone in the back of the class,
Knowing that she will always be last.

She looks down to check her phone,
Wishing that she wasn't alone.

She heard a faint sound and her eyes rose,
And behold on her desk was a single rose.

She looked around to see from whom it came,
But everything looked exactly the same.

Then she noticed a little heart shaped note,
She didn't realize she picked it up cause it seemed to float.

"My darling little Angel would you please be mine?
I just want to love you and be you're valentine.

Please won't you say yes,
And i promise to treat you the best.

Meet me here right after school,
Right beside the shallow pool.

For i have a surprise for you,
And many more roses too.

I cannot wait for when,
I can see you then."

She put the card down and her eyes became teary,
Then her body became faint and she felt weary.

She thought to herself could this really be?
Is someone really in love with me

Finally she decides to try.
Hoping it wasn't a lie.
