I agree with ronel mccarthy - I think she's onto something! One of the worst feelings are those of helplessness (just my opinion) This shows a deep sense of desperation in a way - and isn't that the worst??? Why are we most desperate when there's nothing we can do about a certain feeling/situation? :/ It's unfair. The example you used in this poem was effective! Downward spiral...sounds pretty crazy and scary D: |
