Slumbering Silence

by Reverence   Feb 25, 2012

Oh how the Giant sleeps
waiting, waiting in the deep.
slumbering till the timing's best
until the hearts change in their chest.

"Rest now colossus for sleep is still
it's not yet time for you to Kill.
They will know when you awake
for the ground will begin to quake."

He lays idol. Silent in the dark
Watching for the world's quite hark.
but, for now, the Giant sleeps
waiting, waiting in the deep.
