Nature of the Prey

by Michael D Nalley   Feb 25, 2012

My mind wanders from mediocrities
to the range of reasoning of Socrates.
The inquisition of Galileo's theory
The others hunted throughout much history
awakened the wide world one day
with things they wanted to say.
Yet instinct will cry
"let sleeping dogs lie"

I'm baffled by this awesome piece that depicts a strong message of epic thruths through time. Very true as Sir Larry said, The Godfather has said it all.

I'm really inspired by your pieces. Such a genius, with strong wordings you always keep smooth flows all along. I'm more than impresssed, a very intriguing theme.

Hats off to you, Mikey. You've produced a masterpiece to our yearning curiousity for poetic readings and beauty.

Mooreeee brilliance to your talent. Bless you always!..
