I love the simple, heartfelt tone of this poem. It reminds me of the many small notes I left my own husband over the many years we have been married. I never thought they mattered much, but I once saw him carry one of them and put it in a drawer. He had a strange look on his face as he did it, and that is when I realized people somethimes love us way more than we know:)

I feel that this is one of the sweetest and heartfelt letter written to a husband from his wife!

I try to write often
just how much I love you
but In all honesty
there isn't a word
precious enough
to describe what my
heart feels....

^I can understand this..many a times I have wanted to write to my husband but like you said there "isn't a word precious enough to describe what the heart feels" so true and so genuine!

I was born to love you
however the map to our
souls got lost In the wind
blowing endlessly for years

^Reading this brought back memories of my rocky relationship..touching..

until a snowstorm brought
us together, forever....

^Each of your words feels so related to mine for a storm did bring us together forever..I find this moving and heartfelt..

simply put; You are you and I am me
we are one and that's how it should be
