Thats reallysad:( |
I agree with emily that this poem is really sad and the struggle with OCD must be really annoying as it is so demanding and time consuming. |

Liz- I'm in tears....just really got to me.. OCD.. has affected a member of my family... and this piece tugs at my heart... powerful piece~ hugs you :-) |
What a heartbreaking write that really brings awareness to a disease which I think most of us suffer from in different forms. Masterful job with this write and very worthy of a win. Unfortunately I can't nominate now because its the weekend, hopefully it will be available tomorrow. |
I don't even have words. This poem is wonderful. |

I love the take on the title "The number six", seeing it reversed shows how things can change but still be the same. |

I came to know about OCD because of your poems, thank you. We don't really pay attention to many things that we don know about. So now I can know how hard it is for those people to live with it. But I have faith that you can overcome it some way or another. It's all in the brain but there most be something that we can do to fool it or make it work. |

The title itself is an awesome take on her previous The number six, showing reversal still holds the same meaning, the same thoughts and that we need to deal with the problem instead of hiding it or pushing it away. That sometimes we must use our heart and do what we believe is best, not always what we know is... that our minds play tricks on us. This poem I know is personal to the writer but in reflection is as personal to us as readers. (4) |
