Broken Promise

A lovely succinct piece which manages to cleverly pack a lot of emotion into a few words.
It speaks to me of young love, first love even as it has a kind of innocence in its simplicity and that makes the end so much more poignant somehow.
It has a beautiful flow and rhythm and really speaks to our innermost feelings.
Love it :)

This really captures the emotions of the beginning and the end of love perfectly. It just goes to show how foolish we cab be when it comes to love, because we believe the persuasive words they use right till the end..
