Modest... maybe...

by Ole Carsten   Mar 1, 2012

I wish the fortune teller
Knows my story in detail
Not reading from a hand
But reading from my future
Together with you
Not in honor and glory
I seek just love and a life
On surface maybe doll
But between us richer
That ever, in health
In life and in love
I wish .........all

    Hi Jenny and Chelsey
I wrote this from the point of you, that one can influence the future by seeking the desteny one self, being active and not wait for some think to happen by it self..
    Don't know if it true.
But I really like the idea in it.
    thanks for your great comment
    love them

This was great! I loved how you wished against reading out of the hand but reading into the future. If only our futures could be seen that'd be amazing...however we live our own lives and make our own choices, if you keep loving like u do, ur future should be filled with your wishes!

This poem is quite powerful and its message is really well portrayed. I liked the idea of reading from your future instead of a hand because hand-reading would mostlikely be guessing, but you want to know for sure how the future will be, since you're absolutely convinced of the love you share for her.
