nay, a commonwealth, this is the government which of truth inspires.
A monarchy is ruled by an elite.
An empire does attempt its weaker foes defeat.
Many nations did as commonwealths start,
then either monarchy or empire become, and lose heart.
For the best of all possible of health.
the best form of government is a commonwealth.
