Dead With a Broken Heart

One heart broken with words unspoken is always hard to mend
So many things not said and done
Regretted in the end

Everyday a great heartache
With tears my eyes begin to make
Presence close, but heart far away
I wonder how things came to be this way

Once so close
But now forgotten
Who knew love could be so rotten
All of the memories that i can remember
Are now lost, gone and severed
