People, so many people just relaxing in the sun
Some reading, some talking but others just smiling at the sun
If ever there was a great feeling to feel, it would be this
There is more laughter in the air, people are happy
They forget about their problems for just one day
Not to determine what,if, and why something might happen tomorrow
The sun is now burning me but with no anger or pain
Only to make me realise there is something to gain
Girls to the left and girls to the right
What more could I ask for, everything is so right
I could fall asleep and start to dream
But by staying awake I'm also involved with a dream
One hundred bad days are cancelled out by this one good day
