Snake

by Mr. Darcy   Mar 10, 2012

Snake he slithers on the ground.
Snake he doesn't make a sound.
Snake he climbs up the mound.

Snake hiss,
Snake STRIKE!

Snake with his evil red eyes, Snake slithers so fast he could fly.

Snake hiss.
Snake STRIKE!

Snake with his venom so strong,
Snake his patience is very long.

Snake hiss.

Snake hiss.

Snake sleep.

Very good - the imagery that one so young has conveyed is excellent

I love the pace and the spooky feelings I got while reading. I actually like this style. I think your son is really talented, and in 4 years he will be like boom-boom!

Little man...I think you have done a great job here and I also think adults tend to shield children from the truth so...I will let you dad decide how to monitor this...my dog got bitten by one of the snakes you are talking about.. this snake slithered and slithered and made it's strike....my dog died. I'm glad you are aware at your age about the dangers but...again...dad please monitor what you think is right.

Nice to see you back Michael.
