I am strong and independent
Therefore I won't need you,
Ready to spread my wings and fly
A flightless flight without you.

Ready to explore life
And ready like a newborn,
And please forgive mother
If I'm being too stubborn.

Ready to leave the stormy dark nights
That we may all happen to have,
Ready to take on the world and it's gifts
Ready to push myself and feel alive.

All I ask of you mother is a favor
To take me away from this place called home,
Because no life is ever worth living
If all they are is to be left alone.

So please look down upon me and take me
Take me away with you cause I'm only 11,
To leave and join you peacefully up there
