Hands linked
Bear hugs
Hands & arms round my waist times we slowly danced
Kind words uttered
Smile on our faces
Happiness never stays
I still see my hand on your lap
You standing up for me
So close side by side
I wish we could go back
I wish I could make you love me
Tears flood my view
I miss you
I close my eyes
I wish it so badly
I wish...

    Cathy, this is a beautiful written poem as usual. The flow was perfect, and I see myself there standing next the two lovers and next the broken hearted writer. Sometimes all we want to do is go back and envision what would and could happen. that's when time comes in and we forget. we will always have the memories of a person.

    Love is a natural thing that we feel and always will for the people we fell for. Keep writing 5/5
