Chance

by Kenn   Mar 17, 2012

Contained in wonder and hope
To seek fullness of an identity
Like a huge puzzle board, missing
Pieces of truth fitting perfectly.

In material and ashes, embodied
The will is afraid, frail
Inside a vast labyrinth casting confound
Permit hindrance of singular chance.

A duplication of his entity
Partial enigma, drawing closer
Million stars pinned on galaxies
Which is authentic and genuine?

Time has passed in forward lines
As he founds himself, lost in decay
A faint light seeping towards
The final chapter, written feebly.

This is another strong piece that you've written. The imagery used in it is astonishing, completely blew me away!
My favorite stanza has to be
    "In material and ashes, embodied
    The will is afraid, frail
Inside a vast labyrinth casting confound
    Permit hindrance of singular chance."

    Absolutely amazing <3
