I am a mountain man
The outdoors my home
Where nature's beauty is endless
And her wildlife roams
I am a mountain man
The river my bath
When I travel to new places
I make a new path
I am a mountain man
Where the only friend I have
Is another day to live
Another breathe to grab
I am a mountain man
I live in the wild
I don't worry about my clothes
Their cost or the style
I am a mountain man
I see by day and by night
Civilizations chaos
It's worries, it's frights
I am a mountain man
I live in a state of peace
Something civilization lacks
Something I can't teach

I am a mountain man!

    I love this!!!! You captured the beauty an passion for the mountains...very nice and I do love the repetition of " I am a mountain man"...because it sings throughout the poem... the passionate love for nature! very nice!!
