I may not say it
and may not show it
but i love you

my life would really suck
cause even though we fight
life wouldn't be enough

i just want you to know
that I'm glad your here
to hold me real close
and chase away my fears

to tuck me in
when i used to have a bedtime
to have a picture under my pillow
of you that was mine

to curl my hair
and buy me party dresses
to change my diaper
and clean up all my messes

even though i don't say it
i needed you and still do
and i hope that you know
that i really do love you
