I Am Sorry

I am sorry that I could not stay
I am sorry that I cannot hold your hand any longer
But I gave it my all
Through it all
But I stabbed through your soul
I left so fast
I am sorry for turning you into stone
I always been there for you
You tell me I cannot do anything
I feel useless
I want to help but cannot
I can see through your disguises
So many thing's I would say
If you were right in front of me
I am tired of crying over this
I build these walls so strong
Because I thought it would keep out the cold
When I felt trapped you were all I had

    It really portrays your emotions well, and it really does express how sorry you are. . . .must be a sad situation to have made you want to write this poem. . . it really sucks when you want to help but you can't . . . ..helplessness is a sob
