My Fate

Falling to the ground
No one is there
Not making a sound
Because no one cares

How can you not hear?
My loud screams
You're so near
I'm breaking through the seams

The reflection of me
In the blade of the knife
Hating what I see
Fading into the nothingness of life

Cutting deep to penetrate my skin
The addiction doesn't end
Hurting all I call my kin
My stained wrists will never mend

Like a flower blooming in the summer
Or a thorn the pricks
The tears of my lover
Will always stick

He will stand there at my grave
Locked in a prison of hate
Wishing that I could've been saved
But suicide was my fate
