She looked into the mirror
and what did she see
the ghost of the girl she used to be.
But as she looked harder
the memories got stronger
going back to that palce
with a look on her face
As the tears filled her eyes
she started to cry.
Believing some way
that girl never trully went away.
She still gets through the day
believing things are okay.
She looks in the mirror one last time
it's then she finally realizes that things may not be fine.
