Saturday afternoon in grey
Feeling is blocked wish to stay
Suddenly small glimpse of a sun
Never mind the Coffey is done.

Searching for a cookie no one to find
Has to use the one in a bar with a pint
Stumbled in to a used poem
All wrapped up in foam

Willing to go an extra mile
To see your lovely smile
While I am jumping on the bike
Decided not to walk on a hike

Want to have a kiss
But that I have to miss
At least for a day
Then I want there to stay
