Pure Evil

by Mattias Ostling   Apr 2, 2012

Ha-Ha-Ha
The laughter thunders
in the air as he
rakes my skin with
claws and knives.

He steps forward
invisible yet, not.
Softly whispering:
"You do not know pain,
my child, oh I have
so much more in store
for you".

His almighty hand
reaches for the scissors
and the hacks and picks
a mind of its own,
thinking--
contemplating what
to use and what
suffering to bring.

His hand hovers lightly
across my face, but then
it wanders, it strays off
its path and quickly pulls
downwards into my chest.

I scream in pain and
unendurable agony as
the almighty hand grabs
and crushes my heart.
I wonder why I am not dead,
how I can possibly be alive.

Ha-Ha-Ha
The laughter thunders
again, as the hand
moves towards its next
tool.

    Mattias-

I really enjoyed this piece, within a small amount of time you managed to create a powerful poem filled with explosive darkness!!! I love the "ha ha ha"- that made me cringe because I could actually hear the creepiness!! awesome poem!!

This is so creepy! But every now and then its good to read something different and dark, it reminds me of when im in the mood for a scary movie and just prepare myself to see the worst....

This was great, u did a very intriguing job here with the title! :)
