Wow! This was amazing, it had such power and emotion behind it and I just absolutely loved this! Loved the thought of her life story being written on the paper and also how u described it being thrown into the fire but as she watched it burn the memories still haunt her. Very nicely done!

This poem is so sad..Sometimes poets think are one shot at being heard is through our poetry and to have it be ripped out of our hands and burnt is really hurtful itself...

Wow, Sara.... So powerful and I can relate. I just recently found old pictures and poems about someone who meant a lot to me at one point... and now they're just burnt ashes, but memories of that person still haunt me to this day. It's quite scary.
