Its good but tell her not just write it here tell her this eaxactly "love im sorry i was stupid please forgive me my heart is in soo much pain please come back i will spend the rest of my life oweing it to you for a 2nd chance please" that should work ;)

I like this it has a lot of emotion, a lot of looking back and some regret. I feel your pain i have been there.
