Will the rules bend?

by Mattias Ostling   Apr 10, 2012

How could I ever be so vain,
feeling such pain?
I walk alone,
close to your throne

I gaze and I gaze, blind and lost.
What is the cost?
my sanity?
Insanity.

What now, I rightfully wonder,
my life sunder.
Is there an end?
Will the rules bend?

Matt I thought you did great with the Minute Poetry form...its hard when youre use to free verse and then you take on a form challenge..

You're always up for anything and you put your poetic abilities to the test and come out with something always great..

I enjoyed your rhymes and most definitely the question being asked.
