You were gone so fast
and for some reason
i thought it would forever last

i got the call yesterday
at first it was ahrd to believe
but now theres nothing i can say

how did this happen to me?
if only i'd realized sooner
that time was moving too fast

i did'nt know that time
would go sending me roaming
into the lands of no hope

i know that i cant bring you back
but i wish i could have made
all the wonderful memories last
