I cried as you left,
our friendship is strong.
Side by side...
Or miles apart..
I always felt happy just thinking of your name.
I cried and cried till my heart died.
what left besides reality?
Broken dreams and unfinished deeds.
I cried and waved as you simply began to fade far far away.
I prayed for you to turn and say, "I'll stay!!!"
