I watch on the sidelines
while you fall in love.
Her cherry lips you seem unable to resist.
Those baby blue eyes have you in a trance.
I'm watching on the sidelines.
My chance fading away.
You wrap her in your strong embrace.
Ignorant of the world
of me.
All I can do is watch on the sidelines
Seeing my love loving another.

    I was nearly tearing up when I read the line
    "my chance fading away" and
    "all I can do is watch on the sidelines seeing my love loving another".
    There is nothing more painful than knowing that the one you love are clueless about your feelings...
