Walks away

I look at him
eyes sparkle in the light
i can't do this anymore
I've given up the fight

he looks at me stright
and right in the face
he turns away
and picks up his pace

my heart is breaking
here on the spot
i want him so badly
but his mind is made up

i stair at my feet
as a tear hits the ground
i reach for his arm
to turn him around

i cant do this
and leave it all now
it wasn't my choice
i don't know why or how

but we are meant to be
i know your true
don't leave me
because i love you

he pulls away
looks at me
in my eyes
he cannot see

how much this pain hurts
how much i love him
he turns around now
the chance's are now slim

he says goodbye
he walks away
he says he doesn't love me
so he cannot stay
