Hidden Behind the Mask

Hidden behind the smiles and laughter
A damaged girl is 'bout to unravel
The mask she wears is about to shatter

To all her friends, all she does is chatter
But deep inside she's in complete shamble
Hidden behind the smiles and laughter

The thoughts she thinks are all in a clutter
They hold her down and keep her so fragile
The mask she wears is about to shatter

Her broken heart causes her to falter
Falling fast and hard she begins to stumble
Hidden behind the smiles and laughter

Holding back the painful hurt and torture
A feeble heart, clouded mind, cause trouble
The mask she wears is about to shatter

Outside, the world doesn't know the matter
Inside, her emotions are dishevel
Hidden behind the smiles and laughter
The mask she wears is about to shatter

    Everyone is hidden behind the mask, actually this is the reality of life. Sometimes, it is just not possible anymore to hide our sorrow since we are continuously being tested by this world.
    Do not feel afraid even if the hidden mask shatters. You can face the difficulty by letting your fears know that you are not afraid of them.
    Very Nicely Written poetic verses these are.
