Frozen

Lifeless winters,
had escaped to marry the
moment you decided to leave.

Go away but stay with me,
today I became an expatriate
in the diaries of pain and hate.

A stranger to my own skin
only because you're my tragedy.
But even after all these years
know that I will miss you not.

In my mind when reading this I'd imagine someone who was with someone, then they left physically but their memories and hurtful actions are still with you. The pain will always be there as well as the anger but you will not miss that about them. I could be wrong. I love the way you have writen this though, simple and I also love the way you ended it. Direct.

    This is really cool,

Go away but stay with me,

The way I understood it is as if he can go away but really as long as he still loves you. and so you are not longer in pain nor do you feel hate for you are in love.

and then the next one I found it somehow contradicting as well yet I can't make it up. But even so I love this short and well written piece. I will miss you not because you are still here in my heart. I guess that's how I understood it.

Frozen in time and in love, Idk I found this as a love poem.
