A New Feeling

As smooth and as quiet as my
thoughts of this person, who
has taken over my mind.
Drilled into my inner self,
every image I imagine is her.
With these erupting emotions
clouding my mind and my heart,
not knowing if I'm coming, or
going.
A shaking sense of nervousness
overwhelms me with her presence,
or just the sound of her voice.
This burning sensation has lit
a candle in my heart, which has
never seen fire, or light in its
existence.
Now I feel there is a reason to
every breath a take.
Feeling the sense of life flowing
through my body, which was once
dead, by my opinion.
Life flowing through me, this new
found love is shining out of me.
My eyes are open, but closed.
Hard to imagine, but I can see
when their closed, well I can see
her.
I can see her face, her eyes,
her nose, the way her lips move
when she says I love you.
Its like walking in the dark in
your home, you can't see anything,
but you know where everything is.
Thats like me, I don't need to see
to know I'm on an edge.
Cause one way or another I'm going
to take that step, and fall in love.
I already took that step, and I'm
still falling.
